The Board of Directors has determined not to proceed with the Reincorporation Proposal (Proposal No. 3) at the Special Meeting, which proposal asked for stockholder approval to change the Company’s state of incorporation from the State of Delaware to the State of Maryland. Accordingly, the Company will not be presenting this matter to a vote at the Special Meeting, and the Proxy Statement is hereby amended to remove Proposal No. 3. As a result, the Reincorporation will not be consummated and the Company will continue to remain incorporated in the State of Delaware at this time.

Darauf bin ich sehr gespannt, ob sich das irgendwie bemerkbar machen wird. Denke aber, bei dem Volumen bisher, wird es sich nicht auswirken. Erst den Kurs drücken und später einkaufen, Kurs dann wahrscheinlich dort wo wir heute begonnen haben. Ist aber auch okay

Vielleicht auch eine Vorbereitung der 51mio FTDs heute noch, gibt vielleicht einen tierischen Spike noch..man wird sehen

Außerdem ist dann noch nichts beschlossene Sache. Es wird nicht sofort ein RS folgen, ich bin mir sicher das Michery im März um Aufschub bei der Nasdaq bittet. Plausible Gründe um den $ zu erreichen hatte er mit vergangenen News/Partnerschaft eigentlich bereits genug. Es werden weitere Gründe folgen. Die MK ist schlichtweg unterirdisch für das was vorhanden ist
