HIGHLIGHTS  Revenue for the three- month period ended November 30, 2025 was $3,595,614 as compared to $2,847,555 for the prior period ended November 30, 2024, an increase of $748,059 or 26.3%. Revenue for the six- month period ended November 30, 2025 was $6,793,442 as compared to $5,513,834 for the prior period ended November 30, 2024, an increase of $1,279,608 or 23.2%. The increase in revenue is attributed to an increase in recurring revenue from business customers in Canada, which continued to gain momentum and increased by 18% for the six months of 2025 as compared to the same periods for the prior year.  Gross profit for the three- month period ended November 30, 2025 was $903,461 as compared to $794,661 for the prior three-month period ended November 30, 2024. Gross margin for the current three-month period as a percentage of revenue was approximately 25.1% as compared to 27.9% in prior period.
