Anteile von Smartbroker wurden jetzt zu interactive Broker übertragen und eingebucht. Habe eben eine Testorder erstellt mit limitkurs 10% über Marktpreis und diese wurde problemlos angenommen.

$NLST They are addressing the District Court 463 case and the damages awarded...this is a crucial aspect. Judges are pushing back nicely on Samsung's BS and have a good grasp of the substance and Netlist's damages model used by the expert Kennedy. This is panning out better that I expected and I'm also a bit surprised by the panel's astuteness and position. We'll see what happens and how it plays out. Essentially they have to find that Gilstrap erred...not likely but who knows, and even if remanded for a damages retrial, it still indicates Netlist will get damages, with only the number left to be decided.
