Hätte nichts dagegen, wen man sich in den nächsten 3-4 Monaten auf 10 Milliarden an Netlist außergerichtlich einigen würde

Naja wenn das ganze am 12.01 und 31.03 gut für Netlist läuft und die Schlinge immer enger um Googles Hals wird dann besteht die Möglichkeit das es auch schneller geht. 👍

Der ganze bettel soll sich also noch 2 Jahre hin ziehen, wie ich das verstanden habe.

Als Analyst im Ruhestand mit über einem Vierteljahrhundert Erfahrung in den Märkten, der Netlist seit über einem Jahrzehnt verfolgt und fast alles gelesen hat, was es über Netlists Geschäft und die Klage zu lesen gibt, die ich im Anschluss an EOY habe: 1 - in erster Linie  , Netlist ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen in einem sehr lukrativen Sektor, das von der Chipknappheit profitiert (die sogar bis Ende dieses Jahrzehnts voraussichtlich noch mindestens 3-4 Jahre andauern wird), mehrere wertvolle Patente besitzt, darunter zukunftsweisende Patente, voll hat  Zugang zum Patentportfolio von SK Hynix und verfügt über viel Geld zum Ausbau mit Potenzial für Fusionen und Übernahmen.  2- Unabhängig vom Ausgang der Klagen ist die Zukunft von Netlist rosig und sehr solide und wird zweifellos eines Tages als ein bedeutender Akteur in der Branche angesehen werden.  3-Richter Armstrong's wird am 12. Januar oder innerhalb von Tagen bis Wochen nach diesem Tag, jedoch höchstwahrscheinlich innerhalb einer Woche, eine Entscheidung über Anspruch 16 treffen. 4-Anspruch 16 ist für Netlist in Bezug auf die Google-Klage am wichtigsten, und ein Gewinn wird NLST in die Höhe treiben;  Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Aktien über frühere Höchststände steigen und möglicherweise 15-20 USD/Aktie erreichen werden (wobei Sie wissen, dass selbst bei 20 USD/Aktienobergrenze nur 5 Mrd. USD wären, was zu diesem Zeitpunkt günstig wäre).  5-Meiner Einschätzung nach sind die Chancen, dass Netlist Anspruch 16 gewinnt, 100 %, wenn keine äußeren Einflüsse, insbesondere politische, ausgeübt werden: A-Richter Armstrong hat solide Präzedenzfälle, um Anspruch 16 an Netlist zu vergeben, ohne dass er rechtlich etwas anderes tun kann;  B-Richter Armstrong ist derselbe Richter, und 2 die Richter, Google hat 2009 gelogen, dass sie die Patente von Netlist nicht verwenden, aber nach einer Anordnung dieser Richter und einer überraschenden Razzia auf mehreren Google-Servern wurde festgestellt, dass sie alle Netlist-Patente verwenden. C-Richter Armstrong war wütend auf Google im Jahr 2009 wegen ihrer kühnen Lügen, hatte aber nie eine Chance, sie zu bestrafen, da Google sie und alle anderen ausmanövrierte, indem es die Gültigkeit der Patente selbst in Frage stellte, was Netlist über 10 Jahre und Tonnen von Bargeld kostete und  fast BK gehen, um das Gegenteil zu beweisen.  D-Zweifellos ist Richterin Armstrong ziemlich unzufrieden mit Google wegen ihrer Lügen und der Verzögerung der Angelegenheit um fast 12 Jahre, aber ich habe auch keinen Zweifel, so klug sie auch ist, sie ist sich durchaus bewusst, dass Google und Samsung zusammenarbeiten, um Netlist durch Ziehen in den Bankrott zu treiben  Dinge aus.  Natürlich ist das oben alles meine persönliche Meinung und jeder, der in Netlist investieren möchte, sollte seine eigene DD machen und wissen, dass dies eine sehr spekulative Aktie ist, aber ich für meinen Teil habe keinen Zweifel, dass Richter Armstrongs Bestellung zu Claim 16 Netlist begünstigen wird, obwohl ich erwarte, dass sie es nehmen wird  ihre Zeit, indem sie Google einige Tage Anhörungstermin gewährte, um ihre Berufungsinstanzen zu schließen.

Naja ich denke der Prozess bis wir bei z.B. 20€ sind wird dann länger dauern, ich gehe nämlich fest davon aus das Google so oder so zahlen muss, die Summe ist halt entscheidend. Wenn die Entscheidung des Richters am 12. Januar die Aktionäre nicht befriedigt und der Mega Dip kommt werde ich ordentlich aufstocken da meiner Meinung nach der faire Wert für Netlist immer noch bei 5€ liegt. Wir habe ja den SK Hynix Deal, Samsung ist schon schuldig gesprochen, d.h. da gibt's auch nochmal Geld. Umsätze generiert Netlist also allemal.
