@23April sehe das ähnlich wie du. 4 Mrd. NOK sind schon verdammt sportlich bis 2025. Da muss alles wie geplant eintreten. Würde mich natürlich sehr freuen, wenn das genauso Eintritt. Wir werden das ganze aber zukünftig sehen. Ich persönlich wäre mit 1 oder 2 Mrd. NOK bis 2025 schon mehr als zufrieden. Aber man soll seine Ziele ja nicht immer so niedrig ansetzen 😁

Umso besser für uns. Solange der Kurs tief ist und news kommen, haben wir die Möglichkeit noch günstig nachzukaufen.

@23april Die Marktreaktion auf die Übernahme zeigt m. E. gut, dass es NU an erster Linie an Aufmerksamkeit mangelt. Sie fliegen einfach unter dem Radar. Ecoxy ist keine bedeutende Firma, aber NU kauft Profitabilität und Know-how ein. Die heutige Meldung würde bei anderen Aktien einen deutlich größeren Boost verursachen.

Klingt auf den ersten Blick nach einer guten Ergänzung und möglichem gegenseitigen Know-how-Transfer.

Nordic Unmanned is becoming a leading authority within emission monitoring in Europe, and the acquisition of Ecoxy fits perfectly with our growth strategy. We expect increasing demands for our combined offering as new regulations are being enforced globally and through the EU green transition plan Fit for 55.” says Knut Roar Wiig, CEO of Nordic Unmanned. Founded in 2003, Ecoxy has particularly focused on NOx measurements, following the introduction of NOx taxes. Ecoxy has so far completed almost 1,200 measurement assignments, and has long-standing relations with environmental authorities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, including Norwegian NOx Fund as well as shipping companies, engine builders and suppliers of emission reduction services. It is the only Norwegian provider of accredited emission measurements of marine engines. Ecoxy is based in Molde, Norway, and currently employs 5 professionals. Average revenue over the last 3 years are 11,6 mill with a stable EBITDA margin of 20 percent. The 2021 revenue is expected to exceed NOK 13 million with an EBITDA margin of 20 percent and will be consolidated into Nordic Unmanned with immediate effect. As we now expand our existing offerings of emission monitoring by drone, to now include verification and accreditation, we see that we can add further customer value. We aim to be the first provider in the world with accredited drone-based NOx and SOx measurements” says Mr. Wiig. The seller is Bjørn Haukebø, who will continue in his role as CEO of Ecoxy. “Nordic Unmanned’s international reach and growth strategy provides a perfect opportunity to expand Ecoxy’s business from our Norwegian and Nordic base, leveraging our technology, competence and excellent industry relations. I’m excited to join the Nordic Unmanned team on this journey.” says Bjørn Haukebø, CEO of Ecoxy AS. The transaction will be settled at closing, which is expected shortly, with 60 percent cash and 40 percent in Nordic Unmanned shares, issued in line with board authorization, for a total value of NOK 12.5 million. An additional NOK 7.5 million in cash is payable if certain performance targets are met over the coming years.

Soweit ich hoffentlich richtig recherchiert habe: derzeit beträgt der Börsenwert ca. 895 Mio. NOK (also rund 87 Mio. EUR). Die Umsatzerwartung für 2021 beträgt ca. 110 bis 125 Mio. NOK . Die fixen Aufträge für 2022 belaufen sich auf ca. 180 Mio. NOK, womit ein Umsatz für 2022 von ca. 250 Mio. NOK durchaus realistisch erscheint (diese Zahl kam im "Nachbarforum" vor ein paar Tagen vor). Die Pipeline im Bereich Prospect und qualified Lead (wie es NU selbst bezeichnet) ist mit ca. 7 Mrd. NOK gut gefüllt, wenngleich man nicht weiß, wie viel davon zum Abschluss kommen kann. Obgleich ich die 4 Mrd. NOK Jahresumsatz für 2025 immer noch als sehr sportlich ansehe (höflich formuliert), ist der Börsenwert für so ein Wachstumsunternehmen, noch dazu mit Gewinnen am Jahresende, aus meiner Sicht doch eher niedrig. Wie ist denn eure Einschätzung hierzu (bitte keine Raketen oder so, dann lieber nix sagen ;-))?

Bin von Anfang an dabei . 2€ war nicht lange . Mich interessiert hier was kommt und nicht das was war. In der Zeit haben sie sich gut entwickelt. Ist aber nur meine Meinung

Unabhängig davon läuft es aber operativ gut bei den Jungs und Mädels, ich denke man kann hier optimistisch in die Zukunft schauen. Und selbst wenn das Ziel mit 400 Mio euro Umsatz 2025 nicht gänzlich realisiert wird, so werden wir hier dennoch andere Kurse als 4 euro zukünftig sehen...

Wie lange war die Aktie überhaupt bei 2 Euro? Laut meines Charts gerade mal für 1-2 Tage...

Ich glaube nur, dass viele eben nicht bei 2 € gekauft haben….

Die Aktie gabs vor ein paar Monaten für 2 Euro. Glaube, die meisten hier sind geduldig und mit der Entwicklung sehr zufrieden.

Hier braucht man sich keine allzu großen Sorgen machen, dass die Aktie davon rennt. Wird schon noch weiter seitwärts laufen.

Über Entwicklung freuen ohne dabei zu sein ist schwierig :/, hoffe das Ding geht nochmal runter damit ich einsteigen kann

Nicht durchdrehen, sondern sich über die Entwicklung freuen. Es wird noch Möglichkeiten geben für einen Einstieg. Rücksetzer gibt es immer wieder, ist nur die Frage in welchem Bereich. 😉😀
