Novo Nordisk’s Chief Financial Officer, Karsten Munk Knudsen, addressed the topic of U.S. tariffs and the company’s trade balance. Specifically, he stated: “When we talk about GLP-1s, which is the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, we are actually exporting more from the U.S. than we are importing, in terms of volumes. So the trade balance, if you can call it that, is actually in a rather good place and putting Novo Nordisk in, I think, a better place than many other pharmaceutical companies.”

Wenn ich das im Quartalsbericht (oder waren es die Analystenfragen?) richtig gelesen habe, dann wurde dort gesagt, dass Novo bereits jetzt mehr aus der USA exportiere als importiere und deshalb relativ gelassen auf die Zölle schauen. Ehe wären es Konkurrenten, die da viel schlechter stehen würden. Muss ich nochmal raussuchen wo ich das gesehen habe. Vielleicht hat es jemand auch gesehen?
