Assuming that OTLK's meeting was scheduled around end of Oct, then they will likely receive the minutes around end of November. ER is due by Nov 15. Will be interesting to se if they choose to update by the ER or if they wait until receipt of the meeting minutes.

Assuming that OTLK's meeting was scheduled around end of Oct, then they will likely receive the minutes around end of November. ER is due by Nov 15. Will be interesting to se if they choose to update by the ER or if they wait until receipt of the meeting minutes.
