Sehr dystopisch. Wenn KI nicht die Fortschritte macht, die man sich erhofft und man z.B. das Problem des Halluzinierens nicht weiter eingrenzen kann (es gilt als unlösbar), dann ist es möglich, dass der Bedarf an KI-Verwendung nicht groß genug wird um die ganzen geplanten KI-Rechenzentren auszulasten und es zu riesigen Abschreibungen kommt. Das wäre dann das Platzen einer KI-Blase, das zu einer Finanzkrise führt.

Es trifft ja eigentlich alle bdc, einige wie Main oder trinity etwas weniger und die waren auch auf einem recht hohem Level. Hier ist der anstand zum nav schon ordentlich. Wird halt aktuell von einer divi Kürzung ausgegangen was auch nicht unwahrscheinlich ist. Für mich wäre der bereich um die 10 usd aber spätestens der bereich zum aufstocken.

Blue Owl Capital Corp. (OBDC) delivered Q4 earnings on Wednesday that met the Wall Street consensus as its adjusted total investment income fell short of expectations.
The business development company's stock, though, surged 5.7% in after-hours trading as OBDC and two sister BDCs announced agreements to sell $1.4B of assets, giving OBDC greater flexibility to deploy capital.
Q4 adjusted net investment income per share of $0.36, matching the average analyst estimate, compared with $0.36 in Q3 and $0.47 in Q4 2024.
Q4 adjusted total investment income of $439.5M, vs. the $450.9M consensus, declined from $446.3M in the prior quarter and increased from $394.4M in the year-ago period.
Net asset value per share of $14.81 at Dec. 31, 2025, dipped from $14.89 at Sept. 30, driven primarily by credit-related markdowns on a small number of names, partly offset by accretive share repurchases.
Also on Wednesday, Blue Owl's (OBDC) approved a new repurchase program of up to $300M of common stock, replacing its prior $200M authorization approved in November 2025.

Ich hatte Ares Capital und auch Owl Rock A2PPV, beide mittlerweile verkauft, die Lage ist für BDC Aktien derzeit etwas unsicher, Lieferketten, Zölle, Restriktionen, Inflation, haben Auswirkungen auf Kreditnehmer, neue Firmen. Ich würde aber in beide Firmen auch wieder investieren. Die Erlöse aus den BDCs wurden derweil in Aktien von Conagra, Old Republic Itl, Hormel und General Mills investiert.

Ja den bdc beobachte ich definitiv. Ich habe noch Main, ares , capital southwest und Hercules.

Ja das stimmt. Hat ja auch einige Probleme und ist schwer mit ares oder Main zu vergleichen. Aber dafür nicht so schlimm wie bei fs kkr (noch)
