Mein Verdacht ist, dass der Mitbewerber von Cassava, natürlich anonym die bei der SEC angeschwärzt hat. Da es eine staatliche Einrichtung ist, wird diese wie auch in Deutschland ihren Prozess amtswegen durchführen. Was nicht bedeutet, dass die Ahnung von wissenschaftlichen Daten haben, aber sie müssen prüfen und das führt zur Panik am Markt und andere verdienen sich dabei dumm und dähmlich.

Das komische an der ganzen Sache ist, da denkst du jedes mal das schlimmste ist vorbei und es kann nur noch aufwärts gehen und jedes mal wirst du eines neuen belehrt das die immer was neues finden. Krass oder?

But on Wednesday morning, The Wall Street Journal reported -- crediting sources familiar with the matter -- that the SEC is investigating claims that Cassava manipulated research results. Now what The drug candidate, simufilam, is supposed to improve the function of a protein called filamin A and thereby prevent the progression of Alzheimer's disease. It's the first new drug candidate that targets filamin A to begin a phase 3 trial. Until the results read out, investors can expect this stock to be very susceptible to skepticism.
