Auch wenn sich alle heute auf die 150 Tage festlegen...irgendwann wurden mal 180 Tage hier im forum diskutiert...warum wird das jetzt einfach außen vor gelassen? Warum wurden die 180 Tage damals thematisiert...das kann man doch jetzt nicht einfach kommentarlos außer Acht lassen

Also, Section 505q 1F Final Agency Action on a Petition ….not longer than 150 days after date on the petition is submitted. Wann wurde die eingereicht? Mit Einreichung meinen die bestimmt den Eingangsstempel.
