Implementation of Dividend Program • Today, PayPal announced that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) approved the initiation of a quarterly cash dividend program and declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on December 10, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 19, 2025.
