Das Gerücht mit den 30% für 700 Mio AUD kursiert seit Dienstag. Deshalb auch die vergangenen 3% plus jeden Tag? Weiß da schon einer mehr und macht sich heimlich die Taschen voll?

MRL are being paid USD820m = $A1,205m @68c ... for 60% of Wodgina PLUS 40% interest in LiOH facility ... at a CapEx of USD1.2b (or $A1,765m @68c and 40% thereof is $A706m). MRL also have an option to participate in further conversion facility expansion. So MRL are effectively being paid some $A1,911m for 60% of Wodgina. Therefore 100% of Wodgina is valued at $A3,185m. WES are paying $A776m and then another $A700m for their Earl Grey 50% of mine and LiOH facility. Seems like a good deal, the opportunity cost of the investment not withstanding. I presume MRL will have to meet the full cost of the mines plant construction. I note ALB are not entitled to IO or Tantalum rights and the sale now is for a controlling interest. Wodgina is effectively equivalent to a Pilgangoora Stage 2 operation, which had/has CapEx of some $A500m. Therefore, if the true market value of the Pilgangoora project is $A3.185m plus ... THEN less debt gives PLS a value of $A2.685m plus. Or a SP of $A1.45. However we'll be going bigger with Stage 3 but smaller with LiOH participation. The AJM offtake deal reveals that even the Chinese believe the price of SC6 is about to start rising again, in *** with the expectations of Lowry, BMI, Klein et al. Delayed due to the slower than expected adoption of NCM811 batteries, which is now in full swing. The new POSCO green bond for USD500m @68c is $A735m. The magic number seems to be 30%. Will POSCO pay some $A700m for 30% of Pilgangoora? POSCO'S Salar will provide 25ktpa of LCE for 20 years. They're building a LCE/LiOH Conversion facility for 40ktpa. It would be cheaper to use Spod for conversion there. They could use Salar brine production for other projects. Spod will rule while LiOH is the preferred raw material for high quality EV batteries.

Auch wenn es nicht direkt hier hingehört, aber intressiert es jemanden..... AJM hat einen neuen Kunden.... Die ersten 50k Tonnen zum Preis von 585%-695%... Die anderen 4 Jahre zum Preis von 550$-950$ Das ist der zweite Deal dieser Art innerhalb von 2-3 Wochen! Ich glaube solche Deals werden auch für PLS die Zukunft sein.

denke eher Q4 2020 ist 2. Quartal 2020 (also April-Juni 2020), glaube das Wirtschaftsjahr von PLS ist 30.06.19 bis 30.06.2020

Jetzt zu spekulieren ob und wann sie es schaffen, bringt doch nix.... Wichtig ist doch, das sie es als Ziel haben.....
