Progenics Pharmaceuticals, gab heute positive Ergebnisse der Phase-3-CONDOR-Studie bekannt, in der die diagnostische Leistung und die klinischen Auswirkungen von PyL ™ bewertet wurden ( 18F-DCFPyL) bei Männern mit biochemischem Wiederauftreten von Prostatakrebs. PyL ist das auf PSMA ausgerichtete Positronenemissionstomographie-Bildgebungsmittel (PET) für kleine Moleküle, das zur Visualisierung von Prostatakrebs entwickelt wurde.
