Eingeordnet von der KI: Das ist grundsätzlich positiv, weil ein US-Listing meist mehr Sichtbarkeit, mehr Liquidität und potenziell mehr institutionelles Interesse bringt. Wichtig ist aber: Das ist noch keine Garantie, dass der Handel sofort startet – erst wenn SEC und NYSE American final zustimmen, wird das Listing wirklich aktiv.
