He has a strong business orientation and is passionate about developing a high performance organisation. I am confident that he will take the company to the next level on our industrial journey,” says Ann-Christin Andersen, Chair of the Board. Lars Rosenløv (53) is a Danish citizen with 30 years of industrial experience from the process industry in Equinor ASA (previously Statoil ASA). He has held executive positions in downstream operations and successfully delivered and operated complex international refineries and petrochemical plants. He was also a Board member in Norsk Industri from 2014 to 2018. Rosenløv holds a Master of Science, mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and has executive courses from Harvard, Heriot-Watt University and Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
