The entire issuance is called an American Depositary Receipt (ADR), and the individual shares are referred to as ADS.

Die Aktie ist doch gelistet. Die Frage die ich mir stelle welche Auswirkung hat es?

Zertifikate unterliegen dem RS. Shorten mit Zertifikaten wird vermutlich dann schwieriger, weil der Wert des ADR höher ist. Dadurch kann aus meiner Sicht der Kurs nach oben gehen und entsprechend die Regulation greifen

Wenn zudem das Volumen steigen würde, heben wir ab! Denke wenn wir die 0,6$ erreichen, dann kommt Stimmung auf!
