Ich denke dass es wegen der sammelklage auch derzeit keine news gibt.

Ich vermute mal es geht um die Aktion als der 80mio Deal mit Microsoft verkündet wurde, wo auch der kurs so massiv gestiegen ist. Das war schon ziemlich irreführend 😄

Ich habe mal bei INg angefragt bezüglich der Handelbarkeit von RemarkHoldings: Sehr geehrte Frau Mxxxx wir haben gern nachgesehen. Die Notierung wurde am Handelsplatz zum 28.08.2025 eingestellt. Ohne Börsenhandel sind keine Orders bei uns möglich. Das Segment OTC (Over the Counter) bieten wir nicht an. Fazit: Sollte die Börsennotierung nicht wieder starten, sind keine Orders bei uns möglich. Sie könnten die Anteile zu einem Anbieter übertragen, der im OTC für Sie aktiv wird.

Sich als deutscher Aktionär sich der Sammelklage in USA anzuschließen wird vermutlich keinen Sinn machen/ zu kompliziert/ zu teuer..
