Bei HC versucht regelmäßig der User Spid die Probleme von Eco auf RNU zu übertragen...Neben dem Patentstreit (wurde mir persönlich von DC bestätigt dass das keine Auswirkungen hat) sucht er jetzt nach Fehlern im Timing unsere PEPR Antragstellung. Er stellte die Behauptung auf, dass RNU das PEPR lediglich für den Mining Prozess beantragt hatte und weitere Jahre auf die PEPR Genehmigung für die Weiterverarbeitungsanlage warten müsste. DC hat auf Nachfrage eines Users direkt die Antwort geliefert: "I think it is worth sharing that today I received confirmation from DC that the in progress PEPR is for BOTH mining and processing!" I, and I assume others, had assumed it was purely for the mining as we currently have an existing pepr for exploration. Suggesting that perhaps each process requires separate environmental approval. It is confirmed now that that is not the case.
