Quelle HC: This is an excerpt from an email I received from DC regarding the process involved to achieve funding. I asked whether delivering a BFS was still the trigger for a finance offer. 'Our approach is a bit different. We will complete the work we believe is necessary to make a final investment decision on construction. Very much related to this are the requirements of prospective lenders. To understand what these requirements are, we work with both lenders and our advisors to ensure that we undertake work to the requisite standards. On the upstream component, we’ve already completed a definitive feasibility study (DFS), and we are working on optimising this now. On the downstream, we’ve done some engineering already, but we will do it to a higher standard to meet our own and lender requirements. Part of the work we are doing is looking at the optimal size of both operations. This all feeds into an integrated study. We released a version of this on 1 July 2020. We would expect to update this. By my way of thinking this integrated study will become our bankable feasibility study (BFS) once we can a commitment to provide credit.' GLA

Könnte bei der Finanzierung ein Nachteil sein, da bei niedrigen Kursen deutlich mehr Aktien ausgegeben werden als bei vergleichsweise höheren Kursen (allg bei Kapitalerhöhung durch Augabe neuer Aktien).

Hi. Wie steht ihr zu den recht vielen Aktien, welche bei Renascor im Umlauf sind? Ansonsten sehe ich viel Potenzial für die Zukunft von Renascor.

Steht nichts konkretes drin. Erst wenn die Regierung mit $$$ unterstützt wird sich was tun...ähnlich wie bei den MOUs. Die Zeichen stehen alle auf grün 🚦 wir brauchen weiter Geduld!

Das wird aber keine Auswirkung auf den Kurs haben, da ja der Bericht bereits bekannt ist. Oder sehe ich das falsch?

Die Info kam heute...ist keine offizielle Info die via Announcement veröffentlicht wurde. Zum Teil war es auch bereits bekannt, dass RNU und die Regierungen eng zusammenarbeiten und an einer finalen Finanzierungsunterstützung arbeiten.
