Das passt alles nicht mit der Aussage überein das in bälde die gemeinsame PM mit dem Autohersteller kommen soll. Sollte mich doch sehr wundern das ein renommierter Autobauer sich auf sowas einlässt, obwohl die Finanzierbarkeit der Fabrik dann noch nicht steht. As of the date of this Prospectus, the Company is continuing to advance its ongoing front-end engineering design study in respect of the Guben Converter (the "FEED Study"). The expected completion date of the FEED Study has been revised from the second half of 2022 to the first quarter of 2023 on account of delays largely attributable to shortages of key personnel and service providers, particularly in regards to assay laboratories, related to the COVID- 19 pandemic. Concurrently with the FEED Study, the Company is also progressing its bankable project study ("BPS"), which is scheduled to be completed in September 2022. Once completed, it is anticipated that the BPS and related materials will be reviewed by an independent technical engineer ("ITE"), following which the ITE will prepare a final report in respect of the project, which report is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022 (the "Final ITE Report"). The Final ITE Report will supplement the preliminary ITE report, which was completed in January 2022. It is also expected that the ITE will review the FEED Study following completion in 2023. The Company expects that detailed discussions with potential financiers will occur upon completion of the BPS. Im September wird erst die Finanzierbarkeit ermittelt und selbst RTL erwartet erst danach die finalen Gespräche also dürfen ma noch bisl über 1 Monat spekulieren.

Wenn ich solche Dinge wüsste würde ich in der Karibik am Strand sitzen und ein eiskaltes Bier trinken! Ich halte 120 Mio möglich bis Mitte nächsten Jahres. Vielleicht wird das bei einer KE aber auch sozusagen zeitversetzt abgewickelt mit Aktienoptionen. Es ist unmöglich jetzt einzuschätzen wieviel Geld von Banken kommt, wieviel aus Fördermitteln, ob vielleicht doch jemand eine direkte Beteiligung übernimmt. Was denkst du?
