schau dir den goldpreis doch an.

ja verwäaserung ist stets blöd dennoch war dies schon seit längerem bekannt.. sollte der Goldpreis anziehen sehen wir hier wieder ganz schnell höhere Kurse! Sabina war die beste mine 2015, wegen einer KE geht die deswegen nicht unter im Gegenteil sie bekommen neue und weitere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten :)

Moin Moin ja eine verwässerrung um über 18,4 Millionen Aktien um eine Betriebs Laufzeit von ca 11 Jahren hmm :-( :-(

Leider, eine Verwässerung, und das sieht man auch am Kurs. Bin trotzdem noch drin, aber die Kurse der letzten Woche werden wir auf Monate nicht mehr sehen :-o

Handelt sich doch hierbei um eine KE um bestehende Projekte voranzutreiben. Gruß

soweit ich das verstehe geht es doch um kredite die zur finanzierung gedacht sind. Also ist es doch eine Aufwertung. Das Übersetzungsprogramm gibt mir nicht klar wieder was gesagt wird Habe noch nicht verkauft

ANNOUNCES C$30 MILLION BOUGHT DEAL FINANCING Sabina Gold & Silver Corp. has entered into anagreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-ledby BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity andCormark, under which the underwriters haveagreed to buy, on a bought deal basis, 18.41 millioncommon shares, at a price of $1.63 per commonshare, for gross proceeds of approximately $30-million. The company has granted theunderwriters an option, exercisable at the offeringprice for a period of 30 days following the closingof the offering, to purchase up to an additional 15 per cent of the offering to cover overallotments, ifany. BMO Capital Markets is the sole bookrunneron the offering. The offering is expected to close onor about May 20, 2016, and is subject to Sabinareceiving all necessary regulatory approvals. The net proceeds of the offering will be used toadvance development of the company's Back Rivergold project, including detailed engineering andpermitting on the project, and for working capitaland general corporate purposes. The common shares will be offered by way of ashort form prospectus in all of the provinces andterritories of Canada, except Quebec, and may alsobe offered by way of private placement in theUnited States.

Ja, die haben gestern eine KE mit neuen Aktien angekündigt, läuft bis 22. Mai oder so... Hatte natürlich gerade vorher gekauft :-(

Weiss jemand warum hier die Aktie stärker fällt, als der Goldpreis dies erwarten lässt?

Es kann doch nicht war sein. Kaum geht die Aktie ein bischen schon wieder den Gewinn mitnehmen.
