Wir werden es sehen! Mein persönliches PT sind 5$ kurz vor oder nach Approval. Was hast du eigentlich für einen EK Gottsbrain? Du warst ja vor mir hier. Und darf ich dich fragen, was du für eine Anlagestrategie an der Börse verfolgst? Ich bin die letzten 2 Jahre immer sehr gut mit dem Position Trading bei PDUFA Plays gefahren.

Wird glaub ich zu knapp,Bla muss erst akzeptiert werden und dann soll erst Priority Review beantragt werden.

Mein größter Wunsch ist aktuell, das das Approval vielleicht schon in Q2 erfolgen wird! 😍

Wurde in der PR ja nochmal bestätigt das die BLA noch diesen Monat submitted wird.

Soviel Zeit ist allerdings nicht mehr bis Ende des Monats und wenn sie die Bla nicht einreichen gibts schlechte Stimmung und Vertrauensverlust deshalb hoffe ich das TC Wort hält.

On December 14, 2020, Sesen Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) had its second of two successful meetings with the assigned Rapporteurs, following the first meeting on November 2, 2020, to discuss the upcoming marketing authorization application (“MAA”) for Vicineum™, the Company’s lead product candidate.1 The Rapporteurs are members of the European Medicines Agency’s (“EMA”) Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (“CHMP”) who jointly coordinate the CHMP’s evaluation of the Company’s planned MAA. During the meetings, the Company received guidance on the contents of the MAA, further refining the path to potential approval in Europe. The successful meetings with the Rapporteurs are the final material step in completing all pre-submission activities for the MAA for Vicineum, which the Company expects to submit to the EMA in early 2021. The Company also remains on track to submit its Biologics License Application to the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) later this month and has been in close contact with the FDA to discuss the timing of the pre-license inspection.

Moin moin, im Premarket schon unter die Unterstützung bei 1.54$ gefallen... hmm.. wird wohl ein roter Tag werden schätze ich leider. 1.36$ & 1.45$ sind aber gute Unterstützungen. 🙏🏼❤️

Sesen Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) and Leiden University Medical Center (“LUMC”) have agreed to the co-development of an imaging agent (the “Imaging Agent”) that is comprised of an antibody fragment of Vicineum™, the Company's lead product candidate, and an imaging molecule supplied by LUMC. The Imaging Agent is designed to delineate tumor from normal tissue during surgery so that the tumor margin is clearly visible, thereby helping to ensure clear margins after surgical excision of cancerous tissue. A Phase 1/2 clinical trial of the Imaging Agent was successfully completed by LUMC with favorable tolerability and demonstrated tumor detection, which the Company believes further supports the targeting specificity of Vicineum. On December 8, 2020, the Company signed an agreement with LUMC whereby Sesen has an option to obtain an exclusive, worldwide license to any intellectual property related to the Imaging Agent. Additionally, the Company and LUMC have agreed to negotiate terms for the next clinical trial, which would begin after the anticipated U.S. approval of Vicineum for the treatment of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in mid-2021. The Company intends to provide updates on future milestones regarding co-development of the Imaging Agent, including details related to future clinical trials, publication of a manuscript for the Phase 1/2 clinical trial, and updates on the regulatory path forward.
