We are in a very good position with the animal deal (or the human SGLT2) considering we had to start over with 2 companies, we are nearing the final stages
That said, please keep in mind, companies do not always follow through with deals. It is extremely complex and includes evaluations of science, intellectual property, manufacturing capabilities, market size and entry as well as the company’s own desire to remain in the space as per their corporate strategy (which can change).
It’s always a risk and any one of those items can derail things.

Pet Deal:
We told shareholders what happened.
We were in advanced discussions with a company (all the way to term sheet) and they pulled out at the last minute. This created a situation where we had to start over in due diligence with others that had been taking longer.
AbbVie:
No secret. We’ve released all the information we were allowed to release as per the agreement. AbbVie was strict that we were not to release financial information. They approve every news release. It was either agree to that, or walk from the deal.

We are continuing with the AbbVie relationship (incl. pending milestone and royalty payments)
We are continuing to build and test the antiviral compounds with ICGEB
We are still in discussion for the SGLT2 inhibitor with very reputable companies
We are completing the anti-aging clinical study and will publish the results when we receive them
We are now looking at the next set of advancements, including anti-cellulite as some of our current partners and contacts are very interested in this
We are planning our conference attendance and publications for 2023
We are maintaining and planning our Intellectual Property portfolio

Leider zeigen die gehandelten Aktien nach den news das derzeitige Bild.
Niemand mag für 7 Cent eine Aktie haben von der wir lange geträumt haben sie bei 1 Euro zu sehen

Auf das Antivirale würde ich derzeit noch keinen Cent setzen. Das ist ein Austesten, was ihre Moleküle können oder was eben nicht. Eigentlich eine Nicetohave Info, da sie hier noch so weit am Anfang sind. Selbst wenn sie ein potenzielles Teilchen identifizieren und es alle Studien übersteht, werden höchstwahrscheinlich mindestens 10-15 Jahre ins Land gehen, eh ein sironabasierter Impfstoff für XY den Weg in einen Arm findet… Dennoch ist es für die gesamte Plattformtechnologie interessant, was theoretisch alles möglich wäre… Auch im Hinblick auf einen Buyout..
