Ich Frage mich eher wo Howard schon wieder 1 Mio aufgetrieben hat? Im Frühjahr waren es schon 500tsd. Das Krankenhaus scheint ihn ja fürstlich zu entlohnen. Oder vielleicht hat er die Kohle doch gemacht mit Insider Trades? 🤔

Wir haben hier fette Verluste mit 50 Prozent oder mehr und howie macht sich die Taschen voll

Bei ca. 15% Zinsen erreicht er aber nach ca. 5 Jahren eine Verdoppelung seines Einsatzes im Gegensatz zum restlichen Kleinanlegerpöbel hier im Forum. Da kann er auch 50% Kursverlust in 5 Jahren verkraften.

pinocchio howie hat in den vergangenen 15 jahren gegen 2 mio kanada scheine verbucht und dies mit einem 1/4 pensum, da er noch voll als arzt herumschleicht. also für ihn eine willkommene nebensache, ergo weiss er weitaus mehr als wir, dieser letzten finanzierung nach, dass es nix wird. blöd ist er bestimmt nicht. die lasche penny stocks compliance ermöglicht ihm diesen umgang mit uns ohne dafür zu haften, aber letzteres ist ihm so richtig scheiss egal..recht hat er.

Am Ende zockt Howie genauso wie wir alle hier. Er weiß genau so wenig, ob diese Pommesbude was wird und schießt halt einfach nach.

was nützen pinocchio howie noch mehr shares, wenn niemand seine bude oder produkt will. hätte er in all den jahren sich selber und uns nicht angelogen, würden wir vielleicht den weg nur wegen Geraldine durchstehen. ein alleingang der marktdurchdringung kostet locker tiefe 2 stellige mio und zeit, viel zeit, jahre.

Das wird doch sicher nur dafür dein den Laden am laufen zu halten bis ein erstes Produkt Geld bringt ( Gehälter, Miete usw.)

nein nur die option sie zu kaufen soweit ich das verstehe

2 mio bzw 3 mio $ wenn die warrants eingelöst werden. Wenn jetzt auch bald news kommen, dass das Geld sinnvoll angelegt wird, wäre fas gar nicht übel. Howard hohlt sich die shares günstig, das ist klar. Spannend bleibt, wie viel der Private equity investor zahlt.

Einerseits denke ich mir "follow the money". HV wird da nicht 1 mio leihen wenn er glaubt sirona geht unter. Andererseits sind die Konditionen schon wieder ein wenig sehr vorteilhaft für HV.

Also nochmal 1 Mio? Haben wir jetzt also 2 Mio in Summe zum verbrennen? 🤔

Sirona Biochem Announces Loan VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Jan. 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sirona Biochem Corp. (TSX-V: SBM) (FSE: ZSB) (OTC: SRBCF) (“Sirona” or the “Company”) announced that it has entered into a demand grid promissory note (the “Note”) with 0906462 B.C. Ltd. (the “Lender”) for a loan in the aggregate principal amount of up to $1,000,000 (the “Loan”). Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Note: (a) the Loan is repayable on demand by the Lender; (b) the Loan bears interest at a rate of 12% per annum, calculated yearly not in advance; and (c) the Company has agreed to, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval (“TSXV Approval”), issue the Lender 450,000 common shares in the capital of the Company (“Bonus Shares”) at a price of $0.12 per Bonus Share, as consideration for the risks taken by the Lender in providing the Company the Loan. The Bonus Shares, if and when issued, will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months plus a day from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation. The Lender is wholly-owned by Howard Verrico, a director and officer of the Company. Accordingly, the Loan constitutes a “related party transaction” as defined in Multilateral Instrument 61-101 - Protection of Minority Securityholders in Special Transactions (“MI 61-101”). The Company is relying on the exemption from valuation requirement and minority approval pursuant to subsection 5.5(a) and 5.7(1)(a) of MI 61-101, respectively, for the Loan, as the value of the Loan does not represent more than 25% of the Company’s market capitalization, as determined in accordance with MI 61-101.
