Stand Ende Q4 2025 (Dezember 2025) betrug der verfügbare Cashbestand der Sivers Semiconductors Group 29,7 Mio. SEK, zuzüglich 13,8 Mio. SEK in kurzfristigen zinsbringenden Bankverpflichtungen – insgesamt also ca. 43,5 Mio. SEK.
Für das Gesamtjahr 2025 wuchsen die Nettoverkäufe auf 304,1 Mio. SEK ( 25% YoY, 33% bei konstanter Währung gegenüber 243,7 Mio. SEK 2024). Das bereinigte EBITDA verbesserte sich auf -10,8 Mio. SEK ( 31% YoY), EBIT lag bei -141,3 Mio. SEK und der Jahresnettolverlust bei -186,5 Mio. SEK
Wird knapp für 2026,
Das einzige was aktuell einen Showstopper reinprügeln wird, wenn das Management ein Offering zum aktuell Kurs bringt. Wäre zwar bullisch wenns Kapital zur Expansion genutzt wird.

IT'S OFFICIAL: $JBL to use $SIVE Lasers for their optical transceivers.
Today: "Jabil plans to develop a 1.6T linear receive optical (LRO) transceiver module using Sivers’ high-performance Distributed Feedback (DFB) lasers"
Jabil Photonics: :Working with Sivers will allow us to deliver a 1.6T LRO solution that meets both data center performance and power targets at scale"

200k follower auf X, Stocktwits dreht es auf die Runde. Vergleich ist OTCPK zu STO das Volumen eher 1:10.
Werden wir dann doch sehen wieviel OTCPK heute gehandelt wird.
