Hi Christian, As noted previously, shareholders will be provided with a report prepared by the company which provides further information on the Deed of Company Arrangement proposal. Following this, a general meeting of shareholders will be held to consider whether to accept the proposal. Following this, the company may be required to obtain further approvals from the ASX and ASIC. In the event that all approvals are received, the company’s securities may then be requoted on the ASX. This is expected to be completed by December 2020. Based upon the proposal accepted by the company’s creditors, any shareholding will be diluted on a one for twenty basis.
