Vor dem RS konnte man noch gut 2 monatsmieten einer guten pizzeria bezahlen. Jetzt krieg ich nur nen gutes essen für meine kohle.

Aktuell sehe ich hier auch zeitnah den nächsten RS kommen und eine weitere unbestimmbare Verwässerung. Auf einen Hinweis ob dies gegen Börsenrecht verstößt antwortet Soul nicht direkt sondern sie bedankten sich und stehen gerne für Fragen zur Verfügung :( Aus Sicht eines Investors ist dies, meiner Meinung nach, nicht nachvollziehbar ! Aussagen von Soul: ...we're focused on growing our publishing business.... ...we've always publicly said we plan to use equity to acquire, fund development, & to finance Company...

Dachte ich auch Floor , ist aber nicht so !!

Sowas kann doch gar nicht rechtlich erlaubt sein. Die 750 Mio sind doch die Max. Anzahl die ausgegeben werden dürfen. Resplit hin oder her, der Resplit verringert nur die Anzahl die gerade am Umlauf sind, nicht jedoch die bereit gedruckten Aktien

Leider doch nur eine Aktiendruckmaschine auf die wir reingefallen sind...jetzt werden wieder 750Mio Aktien ausgegeben und dann kommt der nächste Re-Splitt und dann wieder 750 Mio neue Aktien !

Folgendes wurde mir eben über Twitter bestätigt - Auszug aus dem 10-Q Bericht vom 16.05.2016 ...Subsequent to March 31, 2016, the Company filed for a reverse split with a potential range of 1:100 – 1:150 (the “spring 2016 reverse split.”) The company’s authorized will not be impacted by the reverse split; once the “spring 2016 reverse split” is effective the company’s authorized will remain 750,000,000... Was dies bedeutet kann sich glaube jeder selber "ausmalen". Alle ausgegebenen Aktien wurden mit dem RS angepasst ABER die 750 Mio. stehen immer noch im Raum ! Eine abschl. Klärung sollte hier bzgl. der Rechtmäßigkeit über die BaFin erfolgen !
