Thank you for your email and interest in Standard Lithium. I'm glad you enjoyed Robert's interview with Jim. It's an exciting time to be in the Lithium space. Regarding your question, we are currently operating a pre-commercial industrial pilot plant on the Lanxess bromine extraction and processing facility in Union County, Arkansas. Both Lanxess and Standard have the mutual goal of bringing the plant into commercial production for lithium. The project will be a JV between ourselves and Lanxess, as contemplated in a term sheet signed in November 2018, the initial JV structure. https://wwwstandardlithium.com/investors/news-events/press-releases/detail/33/standard-lithium-signs-joint-venture-term-sheet-with-global. The final JV agreement has not been completed, but Lanxess is prepared to fund the JV and take 100% off-take as disclosed in the news release. Lanxess would also have a service agreement with the JV to operate the facilities. We anticipate a Final Investment Decision for the first commercial plant to be made sometime within the first half of 2022. I hope this helps answer your questions.
