Dezember letzten Jahres ein empfohlenes Angebot abgegeben empfohlenes Angebot für das britische Unternehmen Intelligent Ultrasound. Die Übernahme steht unter dem Vorbehalt der gerichtlichen Genehmigung und der Zustimmung der Aktionäre von Intelligent Ultrasound. Intelligent Ultrasound hat nun Treffen mit den Aktionären abgehalten, die dem Vorschlag zugestimmt haben. Dies wird in einer Pressemitteilung mitgeteilt. Der Abschluss der Übernahme von Intelligent Ultrasound steht unter dem Vorbehalt einer weiteren gerichtlichen Genehmigung.

The outcome includes acquisition costs of SEK 21.8 million. ■ Net profit amounted to SEK 14.4 million (5.9), corres- ponding to earnings per share of SEK 0.33 (0.17). ■ Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK 51.6 million (9.2). As of September 30, 2021, cash and cash equivalents amounted to SEK 310.6 million (74.7). ■ On July 28, it was announced that Surgical Science had entered into an agreement to acquire Simbionix. See also Note 6 on page 17. On August 16, an Extraordinary General Meeting was held, at which the directed share issue to finance the acquisition was approved. The transfer of ownership took place on August 24, and Simbionix is consolidated from that date.
