Verkaufen? Never! Hier liegen lassen und Dividende kassieren. 💪 Ich denke, der Kurs bewegt sich zu 20 Euro, dann pendelt sich für die längere Zeit.

Schwupps auf 14 Euro 😊 Ab wann würdet ihr einen Verkauf in Erwägung ziehen? Verkauft ihr überhaupt? Immerhin zahlt Tanger wieder eine gute Dividende. Ich denke dass es bis 20 Euro laufen kann. Ein shortsqueeze ist ja auch noch möglich, da die Aktie stark Leerverkauft ist.

Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE:SKT) gains 6.2% in after-hours trading after its 2021 guidance for core FFO exceeds the consensus estimate. Tanger expects 2021 core FFO per share of $1.47-$1.57, higher than the $1.44 average analyst estimate. For Q4, traffic improved to ~90% of prior-year levels and increased to more than 99% in January for its domestic centers. Rent collections for Q4 improved to 95% of billed rents at the end of January. To date, SKT has collected 57% of 2020 rents that it allowed tenants to defer until this year; collected 90% of deferred rents due in January. Q4 core FFO per share of 54 cents exceeds the consensus estimate of 37 cents rose from 44 cents in Q3; declined from 59 cents in the year-ago quarter. Q4 total revenue of $111.2M beats the $103.9M consensus; compares with $103.2M in Q3 and $116.6M in Q4 2019. Q4 same-center net operating income for the consolidated portfolio decreased $7.8M for the quarter and $59.9M for the full year, largely due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Consolidated portfolio occupancy of 91.9% at Dec. 31 vs. 92.9% at Sept. 30.
