Um unabhängig von russischer Energie zu werden, muss die EU nach Einschätzung der Kommission bis 2030 bis zu 300 Milliarden Euro investieren. Um das zu erreichen, will die Kommission unter anderem Genehmigungsverfahren für Erneuerbare Energie-Projekte verkürzen, eine Solardachpflicht einführen und mehr klimafreundlichen Wasserstoff importieren.
