@Chris; Richtig so! Ich habe auch mehrfach schmerzhaft mit Kurzschlussreaktionen Verluste eingefahren, mittlerweile bin ich auch deutlich ruhiger :)

Trader Jack.. Wie können wir, die bereits investiert sind, die günstigeren Aktien bekommen?

Was ich bisher gelernt habe als Aktienneuling ist: Keine Panik! (Außer man ist Steinhoff Aktionär :) erstmal abwarten. Hab mich jetzt ein wenig eingelesen und sehe es eher positiv. Hatte eh nen EK von 5 und ist jetzt eine gute Chance den zu drücken. Wird das Geld sinnvoll investiert wird das eher gut wie schlecht.

Warum ist der Kurs kurz auf 5,50€hoch gegangen? Wollte verkaufen ging nicht :(

Sind die Aktien mit der Ankündigung heute schon herausgegeben worden, oder war das nur die Meldung einer bevorstehenden Kapitalerhöhung?

Das verhagelt ein wenig den nafta Effekt, der heute der Branche Auftrieb verliehen hat

Ihr könnt die Gelegenheit nutzen um TGOD in Ruhe aufzustocken.

Bedeutet, dass neue Aktien ausgegeben werden. Für bestehende Investoren ist das eine Verwässerung. Dieses Geld wird aber verwendet um weiter zu wachsen. Der Kurs wird jetzt einige Tage um die 4,50 Euro tümpeln.. bis wieder eine gute Nachricht kommt.

TORONTO, Oct. 1, 2018 /CNW/ – The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (the “Company” or “TGOD”) (TSX:TGOD) (US:TGODF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the “Underwriters”) pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis pursuant to the filing of a short form prospectus, an aggregate of 10,950,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $6.85 per Unit (the “Offering Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $75,007,500 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company (a “Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one Common Share (a “Warrant Share”) for a period of 30 months following the closing of the Offering (the “Closing”) at an exercise price of $9.00 per Warrant Share. The Company has granted the Underwriter an option (the “Over-Allotment Option”), to purchase up to an additional 1,642,500 Units at a price of C$6.85 per Unit, exercisable at any time, for a period of 30 days after and including the Closing Date. The Over-Allotment Option is exercisable to acquire Units, Common Shares and/or Warrants (or any combination thereof) at the discretion of the Underwriter. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for the Company’s international expansion initiatives and general corporate purposes. The Units will be offered by way of a short form prospectus to be filed in all provinces of Canada except Quebec. The Offering is expected to close on October 17, 2018 and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory and stock exchange approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the applicable securities regulatory authorities. The securities being offered have not been, nor will they be, registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons absent registration or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements.
