For those curious about the EBITDA goals in Ryan Cohen's proposed performance package, here is $GME EBITDA on a quarterly and TTM basis since 2020 @ryancohen joined the board in January 2021, was elected Chairman of the Board in June 2021, and became CEO in September 2023 Unlocking Tranche 1 of the performance package represents an 8x improvement over TTM EBITDA, and just above 2x improvement over the present-day market cap TTM EBITDA is currently approximately 2.5% of the market cap, but is increasing aggressively while the stock trades sideways. TTM EBITDA bottomed at -$418.1M in the summer of 2022 and was $242.8M as of the 2025 Q3 earnings report - an improvement of $660.9M over 3+ years. TTM EBITDA went negative in April 2020 and didn't recover back above zero until October 2023 (14 straight quarters in the negative). GameStop has posted positive quarterly EBITDA for four consecutive quarters, for the first time since 2019, and positive TTM EBITDA for 9 straight quarters since getting back above zero.
