Webinar Notes (It was good – an exciting story) Recent Permitting • 10 years of pilot production permitted from Gran Pilar • 50,000 tonnes is the initial permit, but can be more. • That permit only took 14 days. • Believes they can be permitted for full production within 2 years • 47 drill pads and 67 trenches are permitted across the expansion area • Pilot mine – getting it prepped properly took some time, but once submitted was only 30 days. • Feels very confident about Mexican jurisdictional risk not being an issue Float and Cash Position • Touched a 3 year share price high last week • Last month had 3 of their highest volume days of all time in august • Believes a commodity cycle has really finally started • Hopes to see at least 2-3 years of increased interest by generalists • Been around for 5 years and only have 64 million shares out, 22.2m warrants at average of $0.78 and 4.9 million options at average of $0.56 • Working capital of $3.4 million I asked about actual cash from warrants: • About $1.2 million has been raised from warrants in recent weeks. • About half of the warrants that expire still this year are left (~600,000). That will bring in another $350,000-$400,000. Sorbie Bornholm has been a huge help • Sorbie now contributing up to $200,000 monthly to Tocvan. Critical partnership. • 15 more months left on current deal. Question about who Sorbie is • Reached out to support Tocvan financially 3 years ago. Have come into almost every financing since. • Use a “share agreement” model. • If Tocvan is performing, they get more money. Deal started at $50,000 monthly but now is up to $200,000 monthly. That cash comes at no additional dilution. Sonora and Mexican Mining • Sonora is an incredible jurisdiction. Producing neighbouring peers have AISCS of as little as $900. • They have plans to acquire projects and grow into a regional producer but Mexican M&A is beginning, which is obviously also an exciting outcome • (Torex bought Prime mining for CAD $449 million this summer. Prime had a PEA with ~2.05m oz (Ind. and Inf.) in gold and 75.6m Oz (Ind. and Inf.) of Silver. So call it roughly 3 million AuEq ounces on the books) • Tocvan believes they can achieve those numbers across their property and advance to PEA stage. • Significant room for growth compared to neighbouring peers as Tocvan grows and advances its resource. Future Exploration • Targets are actively being developed across South and North blocks of Gran Pilar • Lots and lots of success so far. In the southern block, they’ve come across: o Old UG mine workings o Brecciated faults o Vein swarms o All through the undrilled portion of the southern block • They’ve shrunk the timeline to production significantly. • No interest in JV with bigger companies. Don’t need it. A detriment to their investors. • Make sure any potential partner is the right group to support them • It is easy to ramp up drilling If necessary. Starting with 1 drill but will evaluate as they go. Could be the right time to push in that direction based on macro tailwinds.

Warum so schlecht gelaunt? Aufwärtstrend doch noch intakt... ...auf 1 Woche + 3,12% ...auf 1 Monat + 14,93% ...auf 3 Monate + 45,03% Wo liegt also das Problem? Und das noch in der mauen Zeit August/September 🤷‍♂️
