Hier noch jemand am start? Jetzt konnten die, die zahlen nicht rechtzeitig abgeben. Verschoben auf 31.03.... Frage ist halt echt wie lang hält sich das Teil noch. Aktuell verkauf ich logischerweise nicht. Bringt ja nichts. Erstmal. Aber was ist wenn die aktie delisted wird, dann haben wir nichtmal mehr was für den verlusttopf. Deshalb macht ein Verkauf vielleicht doch Sinn. Was denkt ihr. Wie groß ist die Chance das man die aktie nicht mehr handeln kann. Ich finde diese wird immer größer

TrackX Provides Bi-Weekly Status Report DENVER, March 21, 2023 -- TrackX Holdings Inc. (TSX.V:TKX | OTC: TKXHF | FRANKFURT:3TH) (“TrackX” or the “Company”), a SaaS-based enterprise asset management solution provider, is providing this bi-weekly status report of its Management Cease Trade Order in accordance with National Policy 12-203. Pursuant to the Company’s news release on January 31, 2023, the filing of its annual financial statements for the year ended September 30, 2022, including the related management discussion and analysis, and CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the “Annual Financial Filings”) were not filed by the required filing deadline of January 30, 2023 (the “Filing Deadline”). The Annual Financial Filings were not filed on or before the Filing Deadline due to the fact that the Company was not able to commence audit procedures in a timely manner. The Company is working on the steps required to complete the Annual Financial Filings and expects to be able to file the Annual Financial Filings by March 31, 2023. The Company will provide updates as further information relating to the Annual Financial Filings becomes available. The Company has applied to the applicable securities regulatory authorities and received a management cease trade order (“MCTO”) imposed against the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company precluding them from trading securities of the Company. The MCTO will be in effect until the Annual Financial Filings are filed and requires that the Annual Financial Filings be filed on or before March 30, 2023. Until the Annual Financial Filings are filed, the Company intends to issue bi-weekly default status reports in accordance with National Policy 12-203 - Management Cease Trade Orders. The Company intends to satisfy the provisions of the Alternative Information Guidelines during the period it remains in default of the filing requirements. The Company confirms that there is no other material information relating to its affairs that has not been generally disclosed

Hey 23MR, danke dir für deine Nachricht. Ich hoffe die Firma kommt noch! Damals als ich eingestiegen bin, hieß es, dass die Firma mit namhaften Unternehmen erfolgreich gearbeitet hat u.a. mit PepsiCo. Und dann ist der Kurs wie ein Stein in den Brunnen gefallen. Schön wir Mal. Mach's gut!

Meines Wissens nicht. Die Arbeiten weiter an ihren Programm zur Nachverfolgung der Lieferketten. Sind ja laut Homepage von denen viele Firmen involviert. Denke das die erst so richtig am Markt kommen wenn diese Lieferketten Nachverfolgung fix ist. Europa will ja glaub ich ein Gesetz rausbringen das dies verpflichtet und bei den Amis und Kanada soll auch Ähnliches kommen. Frag mich jetzt nicht wo genau ich das gelesen habe aber in irgend einem Investment Forum war’s auf jedenfall. Geduldig sein, solange diese Aktie net vom Markt verschwindet gibt es die Firma. Bis dahin heißt hoffen und Bier trinken 😜
