Im vierten Quartal 2025 erzielte der Konzern einen Umsatz von 30,5 Mrd. USD, ein Minus von 1,5 % gegenüber dem Vorjahr. Das bereinigte Ergebnis je Aktie lag bei 2,44 USD und damit deutlich über den Markterwartungen von 2,15 USD. Die Bruttomarge verbesserte sich um 40 Basispunkte auf 26,6 %. Auf vergleichbarer Fläche gingen die Umsätze um 2,5 % zurück. Für das Gesamtjahr summierten sich die Erlöse auf 104,8 Mrd. USD nach 106,6 Mrd. USD im Vorjahr. Das bereinigte EPS erreichte 7,57 USD nach 8,86 USD im Jahr zuvor.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Sea’s GAAP revenue was US$6.9 billion, up 38.4% year-on-year.
The Company also achieved gross profit of US$3.0 billion, up 36.0% year-on-year, and net income
of US$410.9 million, up 72.9% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA1
increased by 33.2% year-on-year
to reach US$787.1 million.
For the full year of 2025, Sea’s GAAP revenue was US$22.9 billion, up 36.4% year-on-year, with
gross profit growing 42.2% year-on-year to US$10.2 billion. Net income reached US$1.6 billion,
as compared to net income of US$447.8 million for the full year of 2024. The Company’s adjusted
EBITDA1 was US$3.4 billion, up 75.2% year-on-year.
“2025 has been a great year for Sea. All our businesses scaled well, exceeding our initial growth
expectations. This broad-based robust growth is healthy and sustainable, underpinned by the
growing scale of users that we serve. In 2025, Shopee served around 400 million active buyers and
20 million sellers. Monee gained over 20 million unique first-time borrowers. And Garena
connected on average with more than 100 million players daily throughout the year,” said Forrest
Li, Sea’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
