Frage mich echt, wo plötzlich dit Work-Life-Balance herkam.
Ich stimme dem Artikel komplett zu. Diese Kombi mit Bürokratie,
weniger Stunden bei mehr Lohn, Homeoffice und weniger Ehrgeiz ist ne miese Kombi für die Wirtschaft.
In den USA wird offen über Gehälter und Erfolg gesprochen, ohne Neid, eher treibt es die Motivation an, was zu Erfolg führt 🤗
