Europas Chipwerte erholen sich nach dem schwachen Vortag, wobei ASML-Papiere fast 3 Prozent zulegen und sich der 100-Tage-Linie nähern. Goldman-Sachs-Experte Alexander Duval hebt sein Kursziel für ASML auf 935 Euro an und sieht geringes Risiko für das kommende Jahr, während deutsche Chipwerte wie Infineon, Aixtron und Siltronic ebenfalls von der Erholung profitieren.
Der taiwanesische Chiphersteller TSMC verzeichnet im zweiten Quartal einen Nettogewinnanstieg von über 60 Prozent auf rund 398 Milliarden Taiwan-Dollar, angetrieben durch das starke Wachstum leistungsstarker KI-Anwendungen. Für das dritte Quartal prognostiziert TSMC einen Umsatz von 31,8 bis 33 Milliarden US-Dollar, was die Erwartungen der Analysten übertrifft.
