das wievielte "produktivitäts- und überprüfen der marken" programm ist das jetzt, seit jahrzehnten liest man nichts anderes, ist wie henkel ....

Bin um ehrlich zu sein kein Freund von diesen nervige Spin offs, weil ich dann immer Mini-Positionen im Depot habe die steuerlich auch noch oft falsch behandelt werden.

The company said a range of options will be considered for the separation, with a demerger that creates a new listed company being the most likely option. Unilever, which also owns Hellmann’s mayonnaise and Domestos cleaners, said the ice cream business had sales of €7.9 billion ($8.6 billion) in 2023.
