….With another proposed merger on the horizon with an IIROC licensed firm, we will continue to evaluate where our brands and products will fall in line with all Canadian regulatory bodie……….

Nein . Was das B2B & White-label Solutions… angeht, ist immer noch nicht klar um was es genau geht. Per Definitionen handelt es sich um Software Lizenzen

Is the new merged company going to file to be listed on the Nasdaq? As we announced in August 2022, WonderFi has taken the initial steps required for a NASDAQ Listing including the filing of the SEC Registration Statement.   Vit teaches Scottie the difference between Steak and Stake In this latest video, Toronto Raptors, Scottie Barnes and Bitbuy Account Manager, Vit Kanesh demonstrate how easy it is to stake your crypto. The video has been viewed over 150,000 times across all social media channels, emailed to over 300,000 Bitbuy registered users and is airing nightly on Sportsnet Now (Sportsnet's streaming platform)

What are your plans for growth and revenue to increase shareholder value and better your margins? WonderFi is focused on improving our current products and services, diversifying into new products and services, and realizing operational cost savings in order to bring the most value to our customers and shareholders. We’re making huge improvements across our flagship brand, Bitbuy to better serve customers and grow our revenue. Our unified goal is for Bitbuy to be the best crypto-trading platform in Canada so that we can keep our customers active and happy which will allow us to maximize earnings from our user base. Our Private Wealth division has seen tremendous growth this year and we look forward to offering more services to those high value clients such as staking, formalized corporate partnerships and more. We’re looking forward to adding to our services with more regulated offerings in 2023 like Stock Trading and iGaming (sports betting / casino). We have a strong track record of delivering successful regulated crypto products, and we will be able to use what we’ve learned over the past 5 years to explore these new verticals. The team is working hard to receive regulatory approvals in these new spaces to bring them to customers as soon as possible. We currently have over 700,000+ customers across our ecosystem and believe they are a perfect fit for these two new lines of business. Throughout the past six months, we’ve conducted a number of cost saving measures and will continue to do so as we head into another prospective merger. We’re operating with a lean mindset as we head into the next phase of WonderFi’s journey.   Do you have a rough ETA on when the merger will be complete and what are your thoughts on regulations impacting the industry before WonderFi launches BetLegend? The rough estimate for a completed merger of this size is generally 4-5 months. We will be awaiting approvals from several regulatory bodies including IIROC and the OSC and will keep our investors informed of our progress to the extent we can. In terms of BetLegend, we are currently in the process of applying for AGCO approval and have had productive conversations with them as it relates to our existing crypto businesses, and our plans for our gaming license.

Last week we asked you to submit any questions you had for WonderFi President and Interim CEO, Dean Skurka. Here are his answers to the 5 most popular questions.   What will Bitbuy account holders have to look forward to in 2023? Bitbuy account holders can look forward to a lot of great new changes in 2023. We’ll be making UI changes to make the platform more intuitive and easier to use, as well as additional improvements like better liquidity and multichain support on deposits and withdrawals. We will also continue adding to our growing crypto staking offering, as we’ve seen huge interest so far in our exclusive staking offerings through our registered crypto trading platform, Bitbuy. Since its launch on November 28, 2022, staking has gained significant traction among crypto investors with approximately 39% of monthly active Bitbuy users now staking their crypto. As of May 1, 2023, 14% of ETH, 46% of SOL, 56% of MATIC, and 51% of DOT client assets are now being staked. We’re also working with regulators constantly to add new offerings such as loyalty programs and stock trading and will keep you updated on when those are expected to launch.   Given Bitbuy's position as an exchange with the regulators and Coinberry as a brokerage, how have discussions with regulators progressed in awarding similar license across the entire WonderFi platform? We are currently engaged in ongoing discussions with regulators to discuss which platforms will have which licenses moving forward in a way that’s makes the most sense for our offerings and customers. With another proposed merger on the horizon with an IIROC licensed firm, we will continue to evaluate where our brands and products will fall in line with all Canadian regulatory bodies.
