$5M Brokered Private Placement: On January 30, 2023, the Company closed its previously announced brokered private placement of 22,800,000 units at a price of $0.22 per unit for gross proceeds to the Company of $5,016,000. Each unit was comprised of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of 24 months following January 30, 2023.
