Was bedeutet "non dilutive" für uns (ja klar, die wörtliche Übersetzung kennt jeder) ? Und noch wichtiger: Was kostet der Spaß und wie wird der Deal finanziert? Rein aus cash flow?
Gehe von Cash aus .es steht ausdrücklich in der News der Deal wird ohne Verwässerung über die Bühne gehen.bravo !!!

Laut Statista verzeichnete Australien im Jahr 2023 mit 23 % die höchste Kryptowährungseinführungsrate unter den entwickelten Ländern und belegte weltweit den 8. Platz in Bezug auf die Kryptowährungseinführung. Im Vergleich dazu sind es in den Vereinigten Staaten schätzungsweise 16 % und im Vereinigten Königreich schätzungsweise 12 %.
