Jim sagte, er habe letzte Woche einen Blitzanruf zu Zeta erhalten und wusste nichts von ihnen, also haben sie sich an ihn gewandt.
Er erklärte so gut er konnte, was sie tun, merkte aber an, dass es komplex ist.
David stellte fest, dass sie ein einzigartiger One-Stop-Shop für Vermarkter sind, der mit $CRM $TTD usw. konkurrieren kann.
David merkte dann an, dass sie eine Alternative zu $GOOGL und $META darstellen können, aber auch an diese angebunden sind.
Jim sagte, er sei überrascht, wie hoch ihr Kurs angesichts der durchschnittlichen jährlichen Umsatzwachstumsrate von Zeta ist. Er räumte ein, dass es einen kurzen Artikel gab, sagte aber: „Er versteht, dass es sowohl Short- als auch Long-Positionen gibt“ (darauf werde ich im Wesentlichen nicht näher eingehen).
David bemerkte, dass Konkurrenten mit dem über 20-Fachen des Umsatzes handeln, während Zeta nur etwa das Dreifache erreicht.
David fügte hinzu: „Man kann sich alles ausdenken und veröffentlichen.“
Er wies weiterhin darauf hin, dass die Finanzberichte von führenden Wirtschaftsprüfern und die Prozesse von Washingtoner Datenexperten geprüft wurden, um die Behauptungen der Leerverkäufer zu widerlegen.
Cramer schloss mit der Bemerkung, dass die fehlende Investorenbindung wahrscheinlich auf das komplexe Geschäft zurückzuführen sei.
