Weis nicht dacht eig google wäre es. Maia 200 Details Announced in January 2026, this inference accelerator is optimized for Azure, delivering over 10 PetaFLOPS at 4-bit precision (FP4) and more than 5 PetaFLOPS at 8-bit (FP8) on 3-nm technology with high power density—ideal for Aehr’s Sonoma burn-in testing.[blogs.microsoft +1] Fit with Aehr Order Aehr’s February 2026 order for “next-generation AI ASIC processors” aligns precisely with Maia 200’s rollout in US Azure regions for GPT-5.2, Copilot, and Superintelligence workloads. Prior Sonoma orders in 2025 matched Maia 100 production.[news.microsoft +2] Why Not Others? Other hyperscalers (AWS Trainium3, Google TPUv7) have different timelines, but only Microsoft’s Maia roadmap matches Aehr’s “world-leading hyperscaler” description and 2026 production start.

Lesenswert $AEHR I believe Google is the un-named major hyperscaler (you can read in my quoted DD below) $GOOG earnings just dropped a $185B CapEx top end guidance for 2026. Management explicitly stated this is for "scaling AI Infrastructure." The Ironwood is the workhorse of Google Data Centres. It is logical to assume they are expanding the Ironwood rollout significantly with this CapEx spending. These are the chips I linked to AEHR because of their dual-chip architecture. "Ironwood" (TPU v7) is a dual-chiplet architecture heavily reliant on Optical Circuit Switches (OCS) and optical interconnects to scale to 9k chips per pod. AEHR specialises in this sector with the FOX-XP solution capable of wafer-level burn-in for both high-power AI logic (the Ironwood chips) and the critical Silicon Photonics (the OCS backbone of Googles chips) which I linked and explained more in the quoted DD below....Highly recommend reading it. AEHR announced "follow-on orders" from a major hyperscaler late last year. Now Google confirms a "backlog that has outpaced projections" and a 100% CapEx increase to clear it. 2025 CapEx: ~$90B 2026 Guidance: $175B - $185B (~100% YoY increase) To put that $185B in perspective.. Google is spending more on just infrastructure next year than the entire market cap of 90% of the S&P 500. If AEHR is the test partner for Ironwood, the revenue ramp isn't just "starting" it's about to go parabolic....I stand by my words...A tsunami of revenue is coming for AEHR.
