Die wollen die ACCH aker Carbon capture Holding gründen die zu 80% von slb und 20% acc gesteuert wird. Dafür gibt es diese Zahlungen. ACC bleibt 100% acc, deswegen gibt es ja auch meines Wissens dann Meilensteinzahlungen von slb wenn acc für die ACCH liefert. Das ist ein win,win,win. Denn erinnert euch - aker Horizons besitzt >50% Anteile an aker Carbon!

Der Auszug aus der News von ACC liest sich doch eindeutig positiv für uns, vorallem der letzte Satz: "“The decision to combine ACC and SLB’s carbon capture business is underpinned by a strategic vision that reflects our commitment to accelerate the industrial adoption of carbon capture,” said Egil Fagerland, chief executive officer, ACC. “By partnering with SLB, we will become a diversified, global carbon capture player. Our combined suite of technologies and global reach will make a platform positioned to profitably scale faster, to the benefit of customers, employees and shareholders.”

Also ist ja ACCH ein Konkurrent zu ACC, weil ja beide dann noch existieren. Bei Auftragsvergabe von ACCH bekommt ACC 20% und 80% gehen an SLB?
