Mhh, das wäre schon nicht schlecht. Doch noch was nachlegen?

"After a lock-up period of three years, ACC will be entitled to sell its stake in ACCH to SLB during a period of six months (put option). The put option price will be based on the fair market value of the combined business with a floor equal to the purchase price agreed for ACCH as set out above (on a per share basis, and not including any performance-based payments) corresponding to approximately NOK 1.03 billion for the retained 20% stake, and a ceiling at 2.0x this price. Conversely, SLB will after expiry of the put option have a right to purchase ACC’s 20% stake in the combined business during the following six months (call option). The call option price will be based on the fair market value of the combined business with a higher floor than the put option floor and a ceiling at 2.5x." Ich habe bis jetzt das so verstanden, dass das ceiling 2.5x [purchase price agreed for ACCH as set out above] ist, damit käme ich auf die 1,20 €. Floor price (dann wäre best case evtl etwas höher als 1,20€) ist bei jetzigem lesen sogar plausibler. Zumindest wird SLB in dem Fall immer die Option ziehen. Die einzige Option wäre SLB zieht ihre CALL Option nicht (unwahrscheinlich im Falle von starkem Wachstum)

Ab 2027 wäre dann der Verkauf der restlichen 20% möglich zu einem marktüblichen Preis. Das würde dann dazu kommen, oder was übersehen?
