Auf Stockhouse spekuliert man darauf das versucht wird für eine Listung auf 4$ zu kommen.
Das wäre ja extrem wenn das wirklich das Ziel wäre - mich würde es freuen / ist es realistisch - ich weiß es nicht
im sure they're trying to get to $4 per share so they can qualify for a NASDAQ listing 90 days after they achieve it

Damit hatte ich mich vor Wochen mal beschäftigt. Zu einer Listung in US gibt es unterschiedliche Angaben. Was jetzt allerdings auf Stockhouse geschrieben wird…. Schlusskurs einmalig 4$ and that's it….das hab ich nirgends gelesen.
Marktkapitalisierung. Kurs von 2$ über 12 Monate, Handelsvolumen . Berichte und vieles mehr spielt anscheinend eine Rolle. Wobei es keine harten, unumstößlichen Regeln gibt, sondern die Securities and Exchange Commission kann abweichen.
Jetzt schreiben die aufSH auch was von Corporate-Governance-Regeln. Das sind eher compliance Regeln.

Oh je, was für eine Überraschung habe ich in meiner E-Mail bekommen, als ich gerade ins Bett gehen wollte: die neuesten (November) chinesischen Statistiken zum Wolframexport in die USA.
Chinas #Tungsten Exporte in die USA betragen mittlerweile Null (0).
Das Exportverbot gilt also seit November.

Hier eine Meinung zur Bloomberg Meinung
This is exactly the way the PRC wants the rest of the world to think about critical minerals/minor metals. The risk isn't "oh no, tungsten prices have 5xed." It's "oh no, we just don't have any tungsten for drill bits and munitions and it will take years to build new primary or recycling supply chains."
Over a long enough timeframe, markets work themselves out. Price responds, substitution occurs, new supply comes online. But surely we learned during COVID and its aftermath that the "working themselves out" period can be painful in all sorts of unexpected ways. @Sustainabledud1 also points this out very well. And for "minor metals" that have a low dollar value but high strategic relevance, surely there's low cost and high upside to proactively investing in friendly production capabilities in case the worst happens. The amount of capital needed to do so is also "too small to matter" from the perspective of the US economy.
