Tim zur Ressourcenerweiterung: “So, we’re going to go from 1 to 4 million tonnes in that drill program probably by the end of the year. We are working on offtake agreements; we’re working on the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) documentation so that we can get to a final investment decision at the end of the year. We’re about 3 months out from getting all of our permits, so we’re well and truly on track.”

Tim zur Finanzierung: “We are looking at all options – we’ll probably have 40% equity, 60% debt, and debt could be from the Department of Energy. It could be a banking syndicate with an export agency as a player in that, and the equity side could be a strategic investor, which may be the same as an offtake partner.”

ASN COO in Mining.com https://mining.com.au/anson-resources-assessing-debt-and-equity-funding-for-us495-million-paradox-lithium-project-utah/

Quelle HC:  Please take a minute or two to skim through these possibilities: (1) The results of Western Areas should double their Li C resource to over 2mt. (2) The huge Green River deposit, even being conservative, will double that to at least 4mt. As Tim advised in his Presentation, “we know what’s down there”. (3) As Mr Strengths pointed out the Li C price that has been unmercifully hammered to less than half of its highs last year to around $40,000per tonne could be slashed in half again to $20,000 per tonne and we would still meet our DFS financials which are outstanding. Although the opex savings our directors have alluded to of late might have been diluted somewhat by inflation since the DFS, but should still leave a nice buffer there with power costs being reduced considerably. (4) Offtakes, which are just around the corner should confirm a strong relationship with a minimum of two US EV manufacturers which should lay the groundwork for a DoE and Bank loan. (5) Sunresin have commercial DLE plants operating successfully throughout the world and have confirmed they can have the necessary plant to us within 9 months of FID. (6) Once the 4mt resource is confirmed don’t you get the feeling Bruce and Tim would be thinking about increasing the size of plant from that mentioned in the DFS up to around 25ktpa? (7) As Sunresin have resins now that can seperate bromine, boron, iodine and magnesium, (all commodities that are available in abundance in our resource), that can be utilised further down the track adding hugely to our bottom line. (8) Later this year we will be drilling our uranium/vanadium resource Yellow Cat which has the potential to bring in financial numbers that could be approaching that of Paradox in a few years time. (9) Don’t be surprised next year if our West Australian projects including the much vaunted Bull will all be wrapped up in a nice wee bundle and listed under a new identity on the ASX with current ASN shareholders getting a bonus issue of the new shares. This will be almost inevitable if the Bull shows any sort of potential after the drilling which is likely to take place before year’s end. (10) We have over $40m left in our bank controlled carefully by Bruce and company.

Feedback aus der heutigen Investoren Präsentation Just watched Tim Murray present, a very professional and well spoken presentor and definitely very knowledgable in this space. Basic notes; - Sunresin orders take 9 months to deliver, FID later this year and expected delivery potentially mid-late next year. So 2025 production sounds achievable. - Colorado River wate rights cover both Paradox and Green River, my take is that hints to two production plants in future (my opinion). - Funding expected 60% debt and 40% equity. - Sunresin looking after plant operations from start to finished product (including carbonation). - Sunresin very experienced and commercially proven, not only DLE tech but production of resins. - Tim made note of comparison DLE techs being not even comparable to Sunresin in terms of how advanced they are given years of experience. - "Others" still only in R&D and lab scale, ASN and Sunresin approx 4 years ahead of the rest. - DFS financials to improve given power generation, expecting OPEX to be in first quartile (very significant in terms of profit margins in whatever market). - Lithium production first, then Bromine later (but we already knew that). - DOE loans "we'll get that" at 10yr low cost of 4% Could be some points I've missed but that gives you an idea. My overall take was very impressed with Tim as a spokesperson.
