Shopping Time. Im Wochenchart ein wunderschöner Bullenflag. 618 Fib wird gerade getroffen. Werde jetzt und bei 786 Fib zuschlagen.

Hab jetzt auch mal nachgelegt und werde je nach Entwicklung noch ein paar Mal zugreifen. Selbst nach Kürzung ist die Dividende bei dem Kurs ja sehr ordentlich.

Eine Dividendenkürzung ist nie schön, aber allemal besser als ein schleichender Substanzverzehr.

The REIT posted diluted earnings of 16 cents per common share, down nearly 50 percent from a year ago. It cut its dividend to 30 cents a share from 43 cents in the fourth quarter of 2024.
