so schnell geht hier nichts runter wir möchten die3 Euro und die bekommen wir. Stumpf muss noch einiges kaufen bis Ende 2024 um seine noch 9% zu bekommen

PwC Real Estate Monitor September 2023: Commercial Real Estate Index has slightly increased by 0.4% to 242 points. Compared to the end of 2022, Commercial's current valuation level (as of 31 August 2023) has decreased by -14.2% (FFO 1 multiple) and -11.8% (Price/EPRA NTA ratio). Grand City muss auch nächsten Perpetual weiterlaufen lassen – Zins Step-up: da die derzeit verfügbaren Finanzierungssätze für die Emission neuer unbefristeter Schuldverschreibungen deutlich ungünstiger seien als der in den Bedingungen der Perpetuals vorgesehene Step-up-Satz, wäre ein möglicher Ersatz durch neue unbefristete Schuldverschreibungen wirtschaftlich nicht vertretbar.
